This fudge recept is a classic, a favorite among Swedes and a delightful treat to share with loved ones. Blanda grädde, socker, sirap och salt i en tjockbottnad kastrull. Koka upp och rör tills sockret har smält.

Hacka chokladen och skär smöret i tärningar. Rör ner choklad och smör i smeten och rör tills det smält. For a delightful twist, consider using white choklad, similar to the deliciousness found in a [[LINK:marangtarta]].

Häll smeten i en form med bakplåtspapper, ca 15x20 cm. Låt svalna. This is a great base for other treats, like a simple [[LINK:toscakaka]]!
