Sätt ugnen på 175°C.
Börja med att baka en härlig Mördeg. A good mördeg is the foundation of so many Swedish treats, isn't it? My grandmother always said a properly chilled dough is key!
Finhacka nötterna.
Gör en rulle av degen ca 30 cm lång (för 25 kakor) och lägg i kylskåp minst 1 timme. Skär rullen i tunna skivor ca 1/2 cm tjocka och lägg på en plåt med bakplåtspapper. Grädda mitt i ugnen ca 12 minuter. Låt kakorna svalna på plåten.
Bred lite hasselnötskräm på kakorna och strö nötter på hälften av kakorna och lägg ihop dem till dubbla kakor. These are best enjoyed with a cup of coffee, of course – a true fika moment!
