Hej kompisar! It warms my heart to share this recipe for småkakor med pepparkakskrydda – little cookies with gingerbread spice. Baking is such a big part of our traditions here in Småland, especially during Jul. I remember as a little girl, helping my morfar (grandfather) in the kitchen, the scent of pepparkakskrydda filling the whole house. It’s a smell that instantly brings back the happiest memories. These småkakor med pepparkakskrydda are a wonderful alternative if you don’t have time to make traditional pepparkakor, but still crave that warm, spicy flavor. They’re perfect with a cup of coffee during fika, of course! I often make a big batch and share them with neighbors – it’s a lovely way to spread a little joy. Arbeta ihop alla ingredienser till en deg. Använd tex. elvisp, händerna eller en matberedare.
Plasta in degen och lägg i frysen i 10 min.
